General Admission Criteria

Applicable to the Medicine, Nursing, and Tourism & Hospitality programs
  1. The applicant must hold a General Secondary School Certificate (Natural Sciences track) for the Medicine and Nursing programs, or a General Secondary School Certificate (Natural Sciences or Humanities track) for the Tourism & Hospitality program, or an equivalent qualification from inside or outside the Kingdom.
  2. The applicant must be of good conduct and character.
  3. The applicant must not have been dismissed from another university for disciplinary reasons.
  4. The applicant must successfully pass any test or personal interview determined by the College Council.
  5. The applicant must be medically fit in accordance with the medical examination requirements approved by the College for each program.
  6. The applicant must fulfill any other conditions determined by the College Council and announced at the time of application.
  7. The applicant must pay the tuition fees for the semester in accordance with the approved fees for each program.
  8. Final admission is granted on a competitive basis among applicants, in accordance with the admission criteria and the available capacity.
  9. Courses previously studied by the student may be transferred and credited toward their study plan, in accordance with the Executive Regulations of the Study and Examinations Regulations for the Bachelor's Degree published on the College's official website.
  10. The applicant’s national ID or residency permit must be valid at the time of application.

Admission Requirements

General Secondary School Certificate Holders – Saudi Curriculum

General Secondary School Certificate (Natural Sciences) 85% or above
General Aptitude Test (GAT) 70% or above
Scholastic Achievement Test (SAAT) 70% or above

Tuition Fees Financial Policy

  1. Semester Tuition Fees
    1. Medicine Program: Thirty-two thousand five hundred (32,500) Saudi Riyals.
    2. Nursing Program: Twenty-eight thousand one hundred twenty-five (28,125) Saudi Riyals.
    3. Bachelor of Tourism & Hospitality Program: Twenty-two thousand five hundred (22,500) Saudi Riyals.
    4. Tourism Diplomas (all types): Seventeen thousand five hundred (17,500) Saudi Riyals.
  2. Registration Fees
    1. Three thousand (3,000) Saudi Riyals for the Bachelor of Medicine (MD) program.
    2. One thousand five hundred (1,500) Saudi Riyals for the Bachelor of Nursing and the Bachelor and Bridging programs of Tourism & Hospitality.
    3. The registration fees shall be refunded to the applicant, using the same payment method, if the applicant is not admitted due to the unavailability of seats.
    4. The registration fees shall not be refunded if the applicant voluntarily withdraws or fails to complete the registration requirements.
  3. Tuition Fee Payment Options

    The student may use one of the following two options to pay the tuition fees:

    1. Payment of the fees for the full academic year, in which case the approved discount under the financial fees management policy shall apply.
    2. Payment of the fees for a single semester, in which case no discounts shall apply.
  4. Tuition Fee Payment Methods

    Fees shall be paid through one of the following methods:

    1. Bank transfer to the College's approved bank account.
    2. Mada, Visa, or Mastercard.
    3. Any additional payment method.
  5. Tuition Fee Refunds

    In the event of the student's withdrawal:

    1. One week before the start of studies: 25% of the semester fees shall be deducted.
    2. During the first week of studies: 50% of the semester fees shall be deducted.
    3. From the second week of studies onwards: 100% of the semester fees shall be deducted.
  6. General Provisions
    1. Full payment of the tuition fees for the entire academic year or semester is required to complete the student's registration and issue the student ID number.
    2. In the event of late payment beyond the specified deadlines, the College reserves the right to take appropriate measures, which may include, but are not limited to, suspension of studies or denial of access to lectures and examinations.
